Responsible Gaming Policy

Purpose and scope

The Responsible Gaming Policy sets out Ffbet’s approach to promoting safe, controlled gambling and mitigating harm. It applies to all activities on the Ffbet platform, including account creation, deposits, bets, play sessions and account management, and governs how we implement tools and processes designed to support responsible play in accordance with applicable law.

Our commitments

Ffbet is dedicated to reducing gambling-related harm through education, disclosure of risks, practical controls, and timely interventions. We monitor activity for signs of problematic gambling, provide accessible tools for self-regulation, and intervene when users request help or when monitoring indicates risk. We do not promote or market to individuals who are under appropriate restrictions, including cooling-off or self-exclusion.

Eligibility and identity verification

All users must be at least 18 years old to access Ffbet services. We perform identity verification and age checks prior to granting full access to financial features. Where a user cannot demonstrate age eligibility, access to the platform or specific features may be restricted or suspended in compliance with law and our internal risk controls. Personal data collected for verification will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy.

Self-assessment and information

Ffbet provides information about safer gambling practices and offers a self-assessment tool within the platform. This tool helps users reflect on their gambling behavior and determine whether precautionary measures should be considered. Support is available through the on-site Helpdesk and the Support Team for users seeking guidance or referral to external problem-gambling resources where appropriate.

Self-control tools

  • Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. The platform prevents deposits beyond the configured limit. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit may be subject to a short waiting period defined by policy. Limits can be adjusted or removed by the user at any time, subject to applicable verification where required.
  • Time and session limits: Users may configure maximum play time per day or per session. When a limit is reached, a reminder is displayed and continued play is optional; users may choose to continue, or take a break, or end the session per their preference.
  • Cooling-off periods: A cooling-off period may be selected for 1, 7, 14 days or longer, during which deposits are blocked and promotional offers are suspended. Remaining funds may be withdrawn at any time during the cooling-off period. The cooling-off period applies immediately and expires automatically after the selected duration, at which point normal access is restored unless the user chooses to extend or reapply.
  • Self-exclusion: A self-exclusion period may be set for 1, 3 or 5 years. During this period, the account is disabled, deposits and withdrawals are blocked, and promotional materials are paused. Upon expiry, access can be restored by reactivation or by contacting Support to reassess options; removal procedures will be conducted in accordance with internal protocols and verification requirements.
  • Single account rule: Each person is limited to one active account to ensure accurate monitoring, reporting and compliance. Attempts to create additional accounts may be blocked or closed.

We will provide information, facilitate access to internal resources and, where appropriate, direct users to suitable external problem-gambling services. All requests for help are treated confidentially and responded to within a reasonable timeframe consistent with regulatory obligations.

Promotions and responsible gaming

During cooling-off or self-exclusion periods, users are excluded from receiving promotional materials and participating in promotional offers. Ffbet will implement and enforce restrictions applicable to such periods and will comply with marketing restrictions under applicable law and regulatory requirements.

Data protection and privacy

Ffbet processes personal data for Responsible Gaming activities in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Data retention and access are limited to purposes necessary for safety, compliance, monitoring, audit, and user-supported interventions as described in this policy.

Communication and updates
