Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Ffbet platform (the "Platform") and constitute a binding agreement between you, the user, and Ffbet. By registering, depositing funds, placing bets, or continuing to use the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accept these Terms in their entirety, including any future amendments. The English version of these Terms prevails if there is any discrepancy between language versions. We may amend these Terms from time to time; continued use after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Definitions

In these Terms: (i) “We” or “We, the Operator” means Ffbet; (ii) “Services” means the betting, gaming and related services offered via the Platform; (iii) “User” or “You” means the individual who opens an account and interacts with the Platform; (iv) “KYC” means Know Your Customer procedures; (v) “AML” means anti‑money laundering measures; (vi) “Site Content” includes all software, graphics, text and media on the Platform.

Grant of Licence, Intellectual Property and Unauthorised Use

Ffbet grants you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable right to access and use the Platform for your own private entertainment. The Software and Site Content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You shall not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, sell, transfer or create derivative works from the Software or Site Content, nor permit third parties to access the Software through your devices. All rights not expressly granted are reserved to Ffbet and its licensors. You shall notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of the Platform you become aware of.

General Conditions of Use; Representations and Warranties

You warrant that you will use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that complies with applicable laws and these Terms. You further represent that you are not under 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, and you are not a resident of a restricted jurisdiction. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that we do not guarantee any outcome. You will provide accurate information during account creation and promptly update it if required. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your account.

Eligibility and Prohibited Regions

The Platform is available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts and who reside in jurisdictions where online gambling is permitted by law. We reserve the right to refuse service to residents of any jurisdiction at our sole discretion. If you are located in a restricted region or violate applicable restrictions, your access to the Platform may be suspended or terminated and funds at risk of confiscation in accordance with these Terms.

Account Registration

To open an Account you must provide true, complete and current information, including contact details and a valid payment instrument registered in your name. You must select a strong password and keep it confidential. We may require verification of identity and age under KYC procedures prior to first withdrawal and at other times where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or non‑compliance. You may be asked to provide government-issued identification or other documents to confirm your identity and age. You may be required to disclose your date of birth, country of residence and other profile information for regulatory and security purposes.

Verification, Age Checking and AML/KYC

We operate KYC/AML procedures. You may be requested to provide identification documents and proof of address. We may perform age and identity verification at any time and suspend or terminate your account if verification cannot be completed satisfactorily. You agree to cooperate fully with such checks. Deposits and withdrawals are subject to ongoing AML/CFT controls in accordance with our policies.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Limits

Deposits must be made by the holder of the account and using only payment methods registered in the account holder’s name. All deposits must be wagered in full before a withdrawal request can be approved, in accordance with our AML/CFT controls. Withdrawals are processed subject to approval and KYC checks. Maximum payout limits apply: EUR 1,000 per day, EUR 3,000 per week and EUR 15,000 per month, unless specific promotions or VIP arrangements specify otherwise. We may pay substantial winnings in installments where appropriate and compliant with regulatory requirements. Fees and exact limits are published in the Platform’s help resources and may be amended from time to time.

Bonuses, Promotions and Abuse Prevention

Bonuses are governed by separate promotional terms. Promotions may include minimum deposits, wagering requirements, expiry times, and product-specific restrictions. Abuse or manipulation of promotions is strictly prohibited and includes (without limitation): creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using masking technologies to evade region restrictions, collusion with others, delaying gameplay to meet wagering requirements, and using automated tools. We may withhold or reclaim bonuses and related winnings if abuse or fraud is suspected or identified.

Fair Play, Game Integrity and RTP

All non‑live games operate on certified randomness mechanisms. We conduct third‑party audits to ensure fairness and transparency of outcomes. Official Return to Player (RTP) values may be requested for individual games upon inquiry.

Dormant Accounts and Inactivity

Accounts that remain inactive for six consecutive months may become dormant. We may charge a monthly maintenance fee and/or close such accounts in accordance with applicable laws. If an account is closed for inactivity, we may proceed to recover any remaining balance in our discretion consistent with our policies and legal requirements.

Account Security and Prohibited Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You must not transfer or share access with third parties, including minors. The Platform is for personal use only; multi‑accounting, syndicate play, or any use intended to defraud or exploit the platform is prohibited. You shall not upload malware, disrupt the Platform, or use automated systems to interact with the Platform. The use of automated agents or bots is strictly forbidden.

Data Protection and Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard personal data. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

We use cookies to provide a secure and optimized experience. You may manage cookie preferences within the Platform. Continued use after changes to cookie settings constitutes acceptance of such changes.

Termination, Suspension and Consequences

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion for violation of these Terms, regulatory non‑compliance, or suspicious activity. In the event of termination, we may freeze or close your account, with a decision on the disposition of funds made at our absolute discretion in compliance with applicable laws.

Disputes, Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed at the time of operation. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory arbitration provisions that may apply under applicable law.

Limitations and Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error‑free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, representations and conditions regarding the Platform and its use.

Updates and Your Consent

We may revise these Terms periodically. The most current version will be published on the Platform. Your continued use after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
