Eligibility and Verification

Only users with an active Ffbet account may request withdrawals. A withdrawal request may not be processed until identity verification is complete. The operator may request additional KYC documents at any time, including government issued identification, proof of address, and other information to satisfy AML and KYC requirements. Withdrawals will be restricted to the payment methods linked to the registered account, and the name on the withdrawal method must match the name on the Ffbet account.

Withdrawal Methods and Limits

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: 40 USD or equivalent in the account currency.
  • Maximum withdrawal per transaction: varies by method and will be shown during the withdrawal flow.
  • Monthly withdrawal cap for standard winnings: up to 20,000 USD; higher limits may apply for special winnings or jackpots as published in applicable rules.
  • Deposits and withdrawals alignment: withdrawals must be to the same payment method used for deposits or as otherwise permitted by the payment provider; deposits made with virtual currency may impact the availability of fiat withdrawals, and vice versa.
  • The name on the withdrawal instrument must correspond to the registered name on the Ffbet account.

Processing Time and Cancellation

All withdrawal requests are subject to review for compliance with these terms. A decision to approve or deny a withdrawal will be communicated within two (2) business days. Following approval, funds are dispatched via the selected withdrawal method according to the provider's processing times. A withdrawal request may be cancelled by the user at any time before finalization by the payment processor.

Turnover Requirements and Readiness

To be eligible for withdrawal, the user must have wagered the amount of their active deposits at least once (x1 turnover). The turnover requirement may be adjusted in connection with bonus offers or specific promotions in accordance with their terms. If a bonus or promotion is in effect, separate withdrawal conditions may apply.

Fees, Taxes and Currency

Chargebacks, Refunds and Disputes

Chargeback requests may be treated as potential breaches of these terms and may result in account restrictions or fund withholding. The operator reserves the right to block or suspend access if a chargeback is initiated. Refunds are processed by Ffbet within two (2) business days after a valid request and are returned to the original withdrawal method, in line with applicable policies. Refunds do not apply to services consumed during gameplay that are instantly delivered.

Security, AML and Documentation

Ffbet may freeze funds, apply set offs, or withhold withdrawals if there is suspected abuse, incorrect crediting, or breach of these terms. The operator may request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. Ffbet is not a financial institution and no interest accrues on funds held. Compliance with AML and KYC requirements is mandatory and non compliance may delay or deny withdrawals.

Ffbet reserves the right to modify this withdrawal policy. The version in effect at the time of a withdrawal governs that transaction. Updates become effective upon posting on the site. Any disputes are settled in accordance with the governing terms and the applicable jurisdiction.
